Silje Engelstrand Natland is an artist, designer and modern-day alchemist devoted to healing and personal transformation. With expertise is craniosacral therapy, hypnotherapy, energy work and resonance medicine, Silje empowers individuals on their journey of self-discovery. As the founder of House of Bothania, she artfully blends healing and creativity, guiding others to reclaim their inner wisdom, transcend limitations, and unlock their highest potential.

Our aim is always to create products the body can carry with trust. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, and artificial colourants. None of the ingredients used contains endocrine disruptors. We produce and develop locally in Norway, and our ingredients are consciously sourced, minimalising the impact on our Earth wherever we can.
