When I give treatment, the goal is to let the tensions release from the inside. I use different techniques to achieve this. I work respectfully and softly and meet the body with compassion, love and care. I like to incorporate elements of sound and work on both organs and muscles. I hold sound baths for couples or groups. Sessions both in Stavanger and Reykjavik.
