No, unfortunately. We are not open for collecting the products in our store yet.

Once the order has been placed, House of Bothania will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent from us.

We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

We deliver your order collectively, so the item with the longest delivery time will decide when you receive your delivery. Please contact us at care@houseofbothania.com if you have a question about your order.

If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please immediately send an email to care@houseofbothania.com with your request. Once orders have been dispatched we are unfortunately not able to make amendments, but we always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Delivery time depends on choice of shipping options. Your order is processed within 1-3 weekdays, in addition to the postal service's delivery time. 

We deliver your order collectively, so the item with the longest delivery time will decide when you receive your delivery.

These timeframes are approximate and do not account for shipping delays. Occasionally, shipments may fall outside the listed timeframes if an item is considered oversized or specialty. 

If your item(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please send a photo of the damage, box, and item label along with your order number to care@houseofbothania.com. Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods.

When you make a purchase from our online store, the distance law is applied. The distance law gives you, the customer, the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received it.
To send a return you need to make sure that

• The goods are unused and undamaged.
• The goods are packed in the original packaging, with all original tags.
• The goods are well packaged, as House of Bothania is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment.

You will receive your refund normally within 1-5 working days, and no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return.

We do not cover the return costs, and you are responsible for choosing secure return shipping.
